The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.356 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5029 of 2022. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69459 of 2021(3) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.356 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
