2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking modification of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54141 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of bail application (Cr. Misc. 54141 of 2022), inadvertently 'A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya' has been typed in place of 'Sri. Kumar Shubham, J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya'.

4. Having regard to the submissions, let in the operative portion of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 54141 of 2022 in place of 'A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya' it be read as 'Sri. Kumar Shubham, J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya' and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63112 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 same terms and condition as mentioned in the said order.
