JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 420, 120B and other allied sections of the IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is plying a stolen vehicle.
The petitioner refutes the charges and submits that he is absolute owner of the vehicle in question. He has annexed different papers in support of his claim.
In view of the claim of the petitioner, he named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, one of which would be in form of cash surety, to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, JM, 1st class, Bhagalpur in Ishipur(Barahat) Police station Case No. 30 of 2015.
Petitioner would not dispose of the vehicle in question
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48744 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 during trial and he would appear physically before the court below once every six weeks. Deposit of cash surety would be subject to the result of the criminal proceeding. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
