In this case the petitioner apprehends his arrest in Riga P.S. Case No. 76/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation has been attributed against the petitioner that he came and started hurling abuse. When the informant objected, after some time he came and started firing inside the house, which damaged the window pane of the house.

Considering the entire facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
