The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case no. 484 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 09.072017, informant Parwej Alam parked his motorcycle in front of clinic and started doing work in the clinic, but when he came out from the clinic then he found his motorcycle was missing. After watching of C.C.TV. footage, informant came to know that petitioner has lifted his motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is compounder at the clinic of Dr. Samir, wherein informant also works and petitioner generally used to take motorcycle of the informant for urgent work and due to misunderstanding, the present case has been filed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42255 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 compromise petition in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia on 16.08.2017. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 484 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
