This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 325, 420, 406, 467, 468, 469 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is that the informant had paid money to a travel agency through the petitioners to ensure her visit of Haj. Her journey was not ensured and she found herself cheated. Submission of the petitioner is that the National Haj and Umrah Tour and Travel has already issued refund cheque in the name of the son of the informant which bounced. Thereafter, the present case has been lodged. There is case and counter case. Considering the back ground and nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Bhagalpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
