The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 04.02.2003, passed by the Secretary-cum-Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-2, whereby, the working-cumManaging Committee of the institution namely Nari Shish Gyan Niketan, Patna has been cancelled. Further prayer has been made for quashing of the registration of the said committee whereby, the respondent no.6 has been made In-charge of Nari

However, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of disposing of the representation dated 05.06.2018 submitted by the petitioner before the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Patna, as contained in Annexure-7, It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondentState that if the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of disposing of the pending representation in accordance with law, the same will be disposed of within a time frame. In the circumstances, the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Patna, is expected to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2018, as contained in Annexure-7, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the observation aforementioned.
