Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 353, 332, 333, 337, 338, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to cause hindrance in discharging the official duty. Some public documents were stolen by the petitioner and he escaped from the place of occurrence.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 243 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
