JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that though an application was filed for grant of license for N.P. Bore rifle in the year 2013 itself vide Annexure-1 but no decision has been taken by the licensing authority as yet.
