The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)(d), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

30 liters of of illicit country-made Mahua liquor and 12 kg. of Mahua were recovered, which are said to be supplied by this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 02.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in three more cases of Excise Act. Considering the fact that petitioner has got criminal
