The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For the grant of all retiral dues like unutilised leave encashment, gratuity contributory P.F. money quantified to be Rs,. 3,14,769/- the sanction money vide letter under memo no. 527/establishment, Patnacity dated 05.04.14 as contained under Annexure No. III to it.

(ii) For the grant of due L.T.C. due Money.

(iii) For the grant of interest of the admitted dues from the due dates to the actual date of payment besides the cost of the case quantified to be Rs.10,000/-.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation submits that on 24.06.2019 the petitioner has been paid the amount as claimed in paragraph (1) (i) of the writ petition through RTGS.

Considering the the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent the respondent-Corporation if any claim of the petitioner for pensionary benefit has been unredressed. On filing of representation along with copy of this order, the respondents shall be under obligation to consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned order and to ensure payment of unpaid dues at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order failing which the entire amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of the writ petition i.e. 18.09.2018 till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
