The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased lady in a case under Section 304-B of the IPC. It is further submitted that the entire family has been roped in though the present petitioner is living separately from the family and has nothing to do with any matrimonial dispute within the family. It is further submitted that omnibus allegation has been levelled against the present petitioner and he may be extended

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019.
