The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the order dated 07.09.2017, the Court had directed to the counsel for the petitioner to get a Bank draft for an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- prepared in favour of the opposite party No.2. The counsel for the petitioner has produced the said draft in favour of the opposite party No.2. The details of Bank draft is 870216 dated 15.09.2017. The counsel for the opposite party No.2 accepts the said draft. The said draft is being given to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25082 of 2017(4) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 counsel for the opposite party No.2 as one time settlement between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjan Kumar, Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Supaul in connection with Complaint case No.601C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The parties are directed to take necessary steps for getting the cases resolved between the parties as the dispute has already been settled between them.
