This writ application has been filed for the issuance of a direction to the respondents to take necessary steps for measurement and demarcation of the boundary of the purchased land of the petitioner through the Registered Sale Deed No. 6294 dated 10.12.2020 with respect to Plot Nos. 249, 259, 268, 269, 270, 271, 253, 272, 273, 274, 303, 306 and 307 under Khata No.30 total

Patna High Court CWJC No.14974 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/3 Area 02 Acres and 01 decimal (land in question) under the police protection situated within Mauza- Kacchudah, Thana No.81, Tauzi No.07, Anchal-Thakurganj, DistrictKishanganj for which necessary fees/cost has been deposited pursuant to which Receipt No.300832 dated 26.02.2022 has been issued by the Circle Office, Thakurganj and also to direct the respondent authorities to ensure that the petitioner's possession over the aforesaid purchased land should not be disturbed by the respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

3. It is contented on behalf of the petitioner that he has already filed an application before the Circle Officer Thakurganj on 26.02.2023 but till date no action has been taken .

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to ( respondent No. 2 ) the Anchal Adhikari, Thakurganj, Kishanganj, to measure and demarcate the raiyati land of the petitioner in accordance with the law, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of
