The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
