2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of the petition bearing CWJC No. 1293 of 2024 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 02.05.2024.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph no. 5 of the petition, MJC No. 2872 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, as the payment has to be done, the receipt has to be submitted in the office by 20.01.2025.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 1293 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
