Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48092 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/3 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant was being assaulted by the FIR named accused persons and others with lathi, danda and bricks. The accused persons also damaged the motorcycle of the informant and snatched gold chain.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against the petitioners and the informant has received injuries. Though, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the informant was mercilessly assaulted by the accused persons.
Considering the accusation being omnibus and general against the accused persons, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
