Patna High Court CWJC No.17077 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 writ petition has practically lost its relevance. The Bar Council of India has approved the decision of the Government of India for grant of 10% reservation in favour of the economically weaker section.

In view of the above, Annexures 8 and 9 have become ineffective since the petitioner has already taken admission and pursuing course.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
