In this case, the petitioner is claiming that she has wrongly been deprived for being appointed as Mamta volunteer. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamamarhi, which is still pending.

In such view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned order, after giving notice to the person who will be affected by the order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if such representation is pending.
