The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 379, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that when she was out in the field in connection with her work, the accused persons named in the FIR, entered her house and then allegation against the petitioner is of putting knife on the neck of the girl and committed forceful act. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged.

The informant has made direct allegation against the petitioner who has been committed forceful act upon her
