2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, some miscreants have committed bombing/firing upon the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and during the course of investigation, name of the petitioner has been transpired from the confessional statement of other co-

He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2024 and fairly submits that he has got total nine criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.460 of 2023 with a condition that petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
