This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 10.08.2017, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 28462 of 2017.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the application of Criminal Misc. No. 28462 of 2017, in the relief portion, satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, had been typed in place of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, and accordingly, in the order, dated 10.08.2017, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43287 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, has been typed in place of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No. 28462 of 2017, in course of the day.
