The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.30 of 2019 (CIS-EX-461 of 2019) registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. On secret information, a raid was conducted and two litres of liquor was recovered from the premises of the house of the petitioner, who managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not present at the time of recovery, but it appears that the recovery of liquor was made inside the premises of the house of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not
