The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.198 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he produced the fake certificate of matriculation and on the basis of the said fake certificate, he was appointed on the post of Teacher. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been terminated from service by the concerned authority, which

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.
