The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others came to his field and petitioner and Md. Reyasat exploded bomb causing injury to the informant and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent but it appears that the informant got injuries caused by explosive substance. Of-course the injury is simple in nature but since there is allegation against the petitioner that he exploded
