The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have hurled abusive language and when the informant protested the petitioner caught her hand and got her seated in O.T. room with bad intention. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some verbal altercation took place and on account of this petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last five
