In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that on enquiry, the T.E.T. certificates of 11 Niyojit Teachers including the present petitioner, who have been appointed from the year 2006, were found forged and tampered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still working and there is no illegality in his T.E.T.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Prem Sharan, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
