2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of the following relief:

"That this application is directed for quashing of Order taking cognizance dated 01/08/13 under section 341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 131/13, passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya."

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the
