This application has been filed by the informant for modification of order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12957 of 2017, whereunder the petitioner, Vijay Paswan @ A.S.I. Vijay Paswan was allowed pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016, subject to the condition tht he would deposit a sum of Rs.70,000/- in the court below, within a period of six weeks from today, which would be subject to outcome of the case. In case the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated time, the anticipatory bail granted to him stand

In the circumstances, I find no reason for modification of the order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12957 of 2017. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
