JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner, his father-inlaw and other inmates of the house used to assault her and it is alleged that she was killed by the accused persons. It is submitted that earlier case under Section 498A of I.P.C. against the husband was filed by the complainant which was compromised and the fact is that she had committed suicide. However, paragraph-51 of the case diary shows that she was strangulated.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
