2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. Case No. 4592 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. Case No. 4127 of 2023 vide order dated 24.05.2022 and 18.01.2023 and this is the third attempt for prayer of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2021.

4. The petitioner who is the sole assailant of the deceased from the report dated 22.09.2023. It appears that out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63011 of 2023(3) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 nine witnesses, six witnesses have already been examined and the trial is on the verge of completion.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
