Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 registered under Sections498A, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners. Specific allegation of assaulting is against the husband of the informant. Injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.53447 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
