The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.62 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 363, 376, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim. He is in custody since 15.06.2025.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had left with the petitioner out of her own will. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.62 of 2023.
