ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-01-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the order dated 14.8.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32140 of 2015 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015, on the ground that he was an accused in other cases which was not taken note of by this Court. A counter affidavit has been filed stating therein that in one of the cases, a compromise petition was filed whereas in the next case, the order of cognizance was quashed by this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49099 of 2015 dt.29-01-2016 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, I see no merit in the application, the same stands rejected.
