JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State It appears that the prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected. It further appears that the prayer for bail of other co-accused persons have also been rejected by this Court. Report was called for from the Court below, where the trial is pending. The trial Court has reported that the Court below shall try his best to conclude the file within April, 2016.

In view of the aforesaid report and in view of the fact that the prayer for regular bail of co-accused has already been rejected, whose case are on same footing, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
