02. 08.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 10.09.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Madhepura in Cr. Appeal No. 32 of 2015/C.I.S. No. 35 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 24.07.2015 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 (G.R. No. 281 of 2015), by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner from custody.

The Application stands dismissed.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Madhepura is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting

No.886 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2016 unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura and the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Court below so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
