JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Complaint Case No. 626 of 2014 whereby while taking cognizance of the offence under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
