2. It transpires to this Court that the petitioner has filed this writ petition not for his grievance, but for seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.12730 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 relief for others.

3. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

4. Permission granted with strict direction that if, in future, he shall repeat the same norm then, General Administrative Department, Bihar, Patna shall take action against him and cost of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) shall be imposed upon the petitioner which shall be payable to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
