1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6743 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/3 following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/direction commanding the respondent authority concerned to decide the matter in the light of the order dated 16.7.13 in file No. 2488/2013 and Memo/letter No. 93 dated 4.2.2014 and 345 dated 19.6.14 as contained in Part of Annexure-6 Series in accordance with law on complaint filed by the petitioner.

(B) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to take steps against the respondent No.13 for his illegal, arbitrary and malafide action found in enquiry as true against him by the authority concerned as contained in Memo No. 890/13 dated 13.9.13, 163 dated 25.1.14 and 736 dated 22.4.14 as contained in Annexure-5 Series.

(C) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction commanding the respondent authorities to compensate suitably to the petitioner for illegal detention, harassment, serious ill treatment, loss and injury done by respondent No. 13."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6743 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 3/3 present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
