Informant's motorcycle was stolen away in the night of 24/25.08.2015 by the unknown thieves, which was seized by the police from the possession of petitioner Chandan Kumar along with Ashok Das and Krishna Kumar Das. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 27.08.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner, Chandan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.
