Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned Senior counsel for the respondents along with Mr. Vijay Kumar Verma and in reference to the order impugned dated 8.1.2014 submits that the superannuation has been made after due intimation to the petitioner who has not chosen to question until after two years of its lapse.
Apparently, the writ petition is belated and suffers from unexplained laches and is dismissed accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) Bibhash U
