The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized vehicles or illicit liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69200 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.
