2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.472 of 2023 arising out of Rajoun P.S. Case No. 6 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who has been killed because of demand of dowry. The marriage of the petitioner and the deceased was solemnized in the year 2019.

4. In view of the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59890 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 is rejected herewith.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited.
