After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ application to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 02 of 2014, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
4. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate
Patna High Court CWJC No.17577 of 2015 dt.22-08-2017 2/2 Authority within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits within the statutory period.
