2. Hard copy of counter affidavit filed on behalf of T.M.B.U. is directed to be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner however informs that on account of arrears of difference of salary for the period applicable in the case of the petitioner, the same has not been paid to the petitioner, due to non receipt of the funds from the State Government.

4. The petitioner however seeks to file detail representation before the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur for payment of arrears of difference of salary for any period involved.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi, Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation and make payment of the all admissible dues within the said period.
