JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner prays to quash order dated 20.1.2011, issued by respondent no.5 by which allotment of items to his PDS shop has been stopped without issuing show cause on the allegation of lodging of Shahkund Police station Case No. 13 of 2011 under section 7 of the E.C. Act.

While referring to Annexure 4 series, the petitioner states that in similar case, this Court vide order dated 11.4.2013, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 21067 of 2011, quashed the impugned order.

The instant writ petition stands allowed in terms of the aforesaid order.
