The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur, Ara to issue rent receipts for the lands standing in the name of the petitioners in the records of rights.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that after order passed in CWJC No. 8995 of 2017 the petitioners filed petition before the Circle Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur, Ara on 03.03.2018 but the same is pending before the Circle Officer for consideration.

The Circle Officer is duty bound to dispose of the petition of the petitioners for issuance of rent receipts with regard to the land standing in the name of petitioners.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19981 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 In this view of the fact, I direct the Circle Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur, Ara to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioners for issuance of rent receipts with regard to the land recorded in the name of petitioners in the records of rights within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
