JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 By order dated 22.11.2021, the petitioner Suman Shekhar was granted bail but in the original bail application i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 24172 of 2021, the name of the father of the petitioner was typed as Nain Sharma and accordingly in the order dated 22.11.2021 the same was typed as Nain Sharma. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present modification application seeking modification of the order dated 22.11.2021 stating therein that in the original bail application, the father's name of the petitioner was inadvertently typed as Nain Sharma instead of Navin Sharma.

Let the order dated 22.11.2021 be modified to the extent that name of the father of the petitioner be read as Navin Sharma instead of Nain Sharma.
