2. By filing this application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In course of hearing of the application, this Court has been informed by learned counsel for the informant that the prosecution as well as defence witnesses have been closed and now the case is fixed for hearing in the trial court.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the prayer for regular bail is refused.

5. The trial court is expected to conclude the hearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60968 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 of the matter and deliver the judgment as early as possible.
