JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-08-2018 This Court sitting in its writ jurisdiction cannot grant injunction against the private respondents. The prayer of the petitioner is to restrain the respondent nos.7 and 8 from disturbing the petitioner from taking possession or entering into the land purchased by her by virtue of sale deed executed by one Dharmsheela Devi. The writ application narrates the manner in which the petitioner has purchased the land in question. It is stated that she has brought the disturbance being made to her by private respondents to the notice of the S.H.O. of the concerned police
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1296 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2018 station and Superintendent of Police, Nawada also, but no step is being taken on her complaint.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
In the nature of the grievance, this Court can take note of the later part of the grievance of the petitioner and hereby direct the Superintendent of Police, Nawada to look into the matter and if it is found that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine and she is being disturbed by illegal act being committed by any person, appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
This writ application stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions to the Superintendent of Police, Nawada. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
